Shocker! DEMOCRATIC STRATEGIST Defends Attack on Horowitz!

October 25th, 2007 · 2 Comments

SHOCKER! Democratic strategist Liz Chadderdon defends the radical Left’s attack on conservative David Horowitz last night at Emory University.

“Well, I’m not sure that I’d call them radicals. They’re people who are desperate to having their voice heard.”

Like the Leftist message is shut out of the liberal media? Hello?
But, we’re really not surprised, Liz…
Sadly the rest of the Democratic Party likely agrees with her since you never hear a peep out of them about these consistent attacks on conservatives- with the exception of Joe Lieberman who lived through the hell.

Here is Liz with Bill O’Reilly tonight defending the Radical Thugs at Emory University:

The smile on her face when she answered that she would not condemn the shouting down of Horowitz was typical. Yes, it was wrong, but they are frustrated in the 24 hour news frenzy and don’t have a chance to speak out. What is wrong with these people. Is it wrong? Yes or No? Yes. Do you condemn them? No.

So, if there is no penalty for doing what is wrong…if there is no stigma attached to it other than somebody wagging their finger at them, why should dissenters ever allow an opposing view to be heard? People work on incentive. Without ramifications for wrong doing, they will continue to do wrong. Law was devised for some reason around that concept…and enforcement of that law seems to be the issue of the day. Whether on the border or in matters of ethical import - enforcement is being shunned and shrugged off out of a sense of moral grayness, moral relativity. Right and Wrong have become worthless concepts. No wonder Horowitz’ spiel on the evil of islamofascism was rejected so loudly.

Mr. Lieberman once said something that applies to this (typical) situation… as it does just about every time Dems take a vow of silence when it’s regarding their radical party.

“Just because you’re for someone else’s freedom of speech doesn’t mean you take a vow of silence when they say something stupid or despicable.”- Joe Lieberman
